Processing & Shipping Policy
Your order will be processed within 5-7 business days of the time you completed your order. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing time does not include shipping time. All shipping arrangements are made through USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Standard shipping - flats rate of $9.99 per order will apply. All orders are shipped USPS Priority or First Class Mail and are expected to arrive within 1-3 business days.
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Products Policy
Due to COVID-19 products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact Goddess Candles via email at GoddesssCandles@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the damaged product(s) to further assist with your claim.
